Hans arrived on Wednesday and I picked him up from the Woodlands checkpoint around 11pm. After that I pretty much brought him around and played tourist myself in my own country. This, I would have to say was fun considering I haven't had a chance to see the new malls and such since I returned home and like I said before, Singapore changes every like 5minutes so there were loads of new things to see.
The Skyline is something pretty impressive even to me. This view has changed over the years.
Once upon a time, the Singapore river looked like this. It's amazing isn't it? how just over a few years, Singapore has developed itself so much. The photo above i found online, just so i could place it here to make a point on how much we've changed.
Anyway, we did have fun with modern day Singapore and the light show right outside Bay Sands was awesome.
Someone sure made a lot of effort thinking up the constructional positioning of all the buildings to make everything look so damn beautiful. That, or perhaps it was all just a fluke. -- haha but it still is pretty nonetheless a pretty fluke of nature.
