Today i shall recommend you a book i read during my last few days in NZ. One of the girls left it at the hostel and i happen to pick it up and got very into it. If you feel like you're not really getting any where, perhaps you ought to pick this book up as well.
i haven't a clue what this year would bring but i'm sucking it up and taking that giant step into the unknown.
I have been going through the motions since i've returned. I only ever had these two thoughts fully occupying my mind at any one point.
1. get a job
2. increase my bank account
faster than i had anticipated, i found myself some full time work and the journey towards some happier numbers being reflected into my bank statement had begun.
now, settled and finally breathing in the hot Singapore air, i've begun my reflections.
i miss New Zealand. i'd have lied if i said i didn't, but it feels good to also be home.
I know i choose to run away from things when i left but now i feel as if i can fight head strong for my future.
so to whoever out there that's reading, here's to working towards a goal, living in the now and learning from the past!

the present is all we have, might as well make full use of it.
