Half my class is gathered outside the toilets waiting for the other half who are still changing into their PE attire. I'm standing with the majority outside when one of my student comes up to speak to me.
Student: Ms Jess, is there PE today?
Me: why do you think you've changed into your PE attire??
Student: ...
she stares at me and with a straight face and delivers the next line.
"because i'm crazy"
As i burst into a fit of laughter, i think to myself that on days like these, my job isn't so bad after all.
