happy easter

Easter is when Jesus dies to save us from sins.
Easter is when we are reminded that Jesus went through so much suffering for his people. Christians and Catholics alike are the only ones that believe in a God that chooses to come to earth as a lowly person, born in the stables and not in royalty. We believe in a God who lived by serving his people and dies the most terrible possible death at that time.

To love is to serve and Jesus showed us how. To serve may seem like a word that would degrade one and yet, everyone wishes to be served. If we expect this from others than perhaps they expect as much from us. - taken from 2007 April; Word of life

The children's ministry gave out colourful easter eggs to the children at the easter mass for kids. I suppose they were hoping for chocolate eggs and not boiled ones but all the same i'm sure they were glad to receive something.
