Welcome to PERTH.

The plane flew out a little late so i got to Sydney without much time to buy my hosts in Perth anything. I had time to stroll through customs and walk over to the domestic flights  airport but that was it. I figured i'd get something at the Perth airport but that was a mistake i didn't know i was making at that time.

Perth's airport didn't have much.. which led to the decision that i would cook my hosts and their family dinner and that was the best i could do.

I met up with Alia, an old school mate and we took me and my trusty CANON S90 for a walk in Fremantle. I was only starting to accept the fact that i'm no longer going to be surrounded by mountains and beautiful fiordlands.

However the little shopping area at the Fremantle markets kept me happy for all it's worth. I liked the old church buildings and the ping pong tables in the middle of nowhere made me smile.

I was happily making my way around the tourisy spots when it was like the worlds way of reminding me that of cause, you can run but you can't hide...

from the Germans. LOL. German sausages anyone?
