The other day i was riding in the lift when we got on the 1st floor, the doors didn't budge. In fact they just remain shut but you could hear the rollers trying to pull the door open. It wasn't scary or anything considering i'm a little clastrophobic but there were other people in the lift with me and little kids as well.
So anyway, one of the ladies in with me, whips out her handphone and dials the emergency contact number when the door finally pulls open much to my relief. i'd hate to think what i'd have done, if i were alone in the lift and or if the lights go off and i get stuck... coz there was ever a situation when i didn't realise the lights weren't working and rode the lift down in complete darkness and..
that was the longest ride down to the first floor EVER.
